For years, I was overworked, overstressed, overweight… and desperate to make the change.
My schedule was packed, and I was turning to all sorts of diets to reclaim my energy, vigor, and fitness levels.
In fact, I tried ALL the different diets available at the time (vegan, keto, paleo, vegetarian, pescatarian, Atkins, and more)….
And you know what I discovered?
